Who we are

The Osteria Oliva , with a refined yet traditional atmosphere, is located in the historic Rione Monti a few steps from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums.

Osteria Oliva is part of the B.ZAR Hotel & Co. and is located on the ground floor of the 3-star boutique hotel Condominio Monti , of the same brand.

The Osteria offers Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on Roman cuisine enriched by our personal touch.

Philosophy

The key word here is conviviality: our menu is in fact designed to be shared at the table among the diners.

We give our customers the opportunity to experience a complete menu experience, breaking down our dishes into a tapas version.
