The development idea comes from THE COVER communication agency and the B.Zar Hotel & CO, a brand that encompasses a series of structures located in the heart of Rome: the aim is to represent the excellence of Italian hospitality and create experiences destined to last over time.

Borgo Pigneto is an inclusive place, a real extension of the city: Villa Lauricella has had very different purposes and uses over time but the time has come to return it to the completely renovated neighborhood.
